PTFE anti dripping agent

The product is coated by PTFE micro-nano particles after modification process, and has good dispersibility in PC, ABS,PC/ABS,HIPS,PBT and other polymers, which can improve the flame retardant and prevent dripping during burning. It is an environmentally friendly additive. The product will not agglomerate in plastics and has tiny influence on the transparency, it can be applied to high gloss products and has good transparency in PC material. The product can be used in combination with bromine, phosphorus nitrogen and silicon flame retardants, obvious effect with small additive amount, strong fibrosis ability and shows good liquidity and dispersibility.

Abrasion resistant：PTFE micropowder

The product is a pure PTFE micropowder produced by radiation cracking technology. According to the specific situation of the base material, after adding this product, it can reduce the material friction coefficient, reduce wear and improve wear resistance. Meanwhile, it can improve the thermal stability, corrosion resistance, non-sticking and lubricity of the base material.

Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE)

The product is a modified ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) by special process. Improve the compatibility between ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene and base material, it can be better dispersed in the base material when melt blending. According to the specific situation of the base material, after adding this product, it can reduce the base material friction coefficient, reduce wear and improve wear resistance. Compared with regular PTFE micropowder, this product has less influence on mechanical properties of base material, lower wear, and using environmentally friendly polyolefin material can also avoid the potential health and safety risks of fluorine-based halogen elements.
