Anti-rust Additive ASC Plus

ASC Plus is a monobarboxylic acid, which is a kind of water-based coupling agent and anti-rust agent. It is mainly used in water-based products such as metal processing fluids, water-based quenching fluids, water-based cleaning agents, automobile antifreeze and anti-rust water. It is used as metal corrosion inhibitor additives. It has good rust resistance and hard water resistance.

Application Details：

Application area：

1.Effective cast iron, steel, aluminum and other metal rust inhibitors after neutralization with alkali/alcohol amine;

2.Can be used for all types of metalworking fluids for water-based systems (semi-synthetic and synthetic fluids).

3.Can be used for high water-based hydraulic fluids（hfc）;

4.Engines and other cooling systems.

Recommended addition: Generally 0.5%-5%, depending on specific processes and requirements from customers.
