Powder Coating
Adding micronized wax to powder coating can increase the hardness, scratch resistance of the coating and prevent sticking, reduce the bubble phenomenon of galvanized metal board coating and improve extrusion fluidity.
Recommended addition: 0.2%-2%, depending on specific processes and requirements.
